Download Instructions for Use
The Instructions for Use are available for download in PDF format and can be viewed using freely available PDF reader software. Alternatively, the IFU may be accessed directly through your internet browser.
Request a Paper Copy (Free of Charge)
You may request a paper copy of the Instructions for Use free of charge.
A paper copy will be provided:
- Within 7 calendar days of receiving your request,
or
- at the time of device delivery, if specified at the time of order.
