Wrapping up congress season
As we conclude this congress season, we reflect on our journey across Europe, where we showcased the Histolog Scanner and connected with experts in the medical field.
Our season began in late March at the European Lung Cancer Congress in Prague, where we demonstrated the Histolog Scanner's capabilities for real-time morphology assessment. We then participated in the EAU24 Congress, featuring a live robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) conducted by Alex Mottrie. Presentations by Greg Shaw, Nikhil Mayor, and Ricardo Almeida Magana highlighted the innovative potential and clinical value of the Histolog Scanner in advancing surgical outcomes.
At the AWO-gyn Congress in Münich, we shared preliminary results from the SHIELD study, presented by Prof. M. Lux and Dr. Sandor. Our journey continued to Berlin for the ESMO Breast Cancer Congress, where we demonstrated the capabilities of the Histolog Scanner, emphasizing its potential in enhancing breast cancer treatment. Returning to Münich for the DGP Congress, attendees were impressed by the Histolog Scanner's ultra-fast morphology information.
We proceeded to the SFCO Congress, where we hosted a symposium with Gilles Dolivet, Benedetta Guani, and Edward Lambert discussing real-time histology and the practical applications of the Histolog Scanner. At the DGS Congress in Dresden, Prof. Dr. med. Michael P. Lux and Dr. Mariana-Felicia Sandor presented the SHIELD study, highlighting the Histolog Scanner's impact on clinical workflow. The WRSE Congress at Orsi Academy in Belgium saw our booth become a hub of activity, featuring two live surgeries—a Robotic Assisted Radical Prostatectomy (RARP) and a Partial Nephrectomy—that drew crowds and sparked many insightful discussions.
Finally, we partnered with our Italian distributor Movi Spa for the CILR Congress in Rome. A major highlight was Prof. Alex Mottrie’s live demonstration of the Histolog Scanner during a robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, attracting significant attention.
